brighamandwomens.orgAlmost every patient that suffers from a spinal cord injury suffers from pain. With each person, the pain varies in intensity, frequency and duration of episodes, and the type of pain experienced.

We, the Translational Pain Research Group at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Department of Anesthesia, are striving to bring laboratory research into a safe and effective clinical research setting. Although we are located in Boston, our studies reimburse for travel to and from our site.
